To manage the events and seminars, we plan everything well in advance, and do our best to make
sure that we have enough of everything available for attendees for the seminars.
This determines how we take payments from attendees for each of the events.
To give you an example. When we print the manuals for the seminars, we need at least 4 working
days to print enough manuals, in colour, and of a high quality print, for all the attendees.
To process certificates, we need between 24 to 36 hours to process the names and print the
certificates. With the large interest in Russia to meet and hear Vianna speaking about
ThetaHealing®, we normally have more than 100 people in each of the instructors seminars.
There is an additional requirement to collate the certificates to the waivers and contracts,
and this also takes some time.
One of the reasons we don't accept cash payments is that this would allow too many people to
come to the seminars, and pay at the last minute. This creates a problem for us, as there is
not enough time for printing the manuals, printing the certificates, and making sure that we
have enough of every item that we need to hand out to each attendee for the seminars.
In 2016, we had nearly 3 times the amount of certificates to hand out, compared with 2014.
There were only 5 certificate queries, where a mistake had been made on the spelling of the
persons name. The last seminar we ran, which was "Growing your Relationships - Part 1", was
the first time ever it had been run anywhere in the world. We had 49 queries to manage on
the first day of this 2 day seminar, and a huge number of people paid in the 48 hours before
the seminar started. As a result, we only had 3 people who did not receive their certificates
in time on the last day. If we had allowed cash payments for this seminar, we would have
expected a situation where we would not have had enough manuals printed for more than 50% of
the attendees, and we could also have been in a position that more than 30% of the attendees
would not have received their certificates in time.
Processing contracts, waiver and certificates requires a great deal of work. For example, if
you want to attend the Dig Deeper Instructors Seminar, we need to make sure that you have
completed your Basic DNA Practitioners, Advanced DNA Practitioners, Dig Deeper Practitioners,
Basic DNA Instructors and finally Advanced DNA Instructors. Where a situation arises that you
have not completed one of the required seminars, then your certification for the seminar you
attend could be with-held, meaning that you can not run the practitioners seminar until you
have completed all of the requirements as set out by THInK.
So taking some of this into consideration, I hope you will appreciate that hosting Vianna
Stibal, and all of the attendees who come to either take part in the ThetaHealing® events,
or who come to learn from Vianna in the Instructors Seminars, is a major organisational effort
that takes time, patience and a great deal of planning.
We can not always give everyone what they want, yet we do our best to give everyone the minimum
that they need. We always take into consideration the bigger picture, so that we can make sure
that Vianna is given the most amount of time, to share ThetaHealing® with the attendees of the
various events. Sometimes people are disappointed, as they could not get for example one of
their books signed by Vianna. However Vianna will sit down and write down a personalised message
in each book that she signs. In everything that is done, we focus on providing the best
experience possible for all of the attendees. If we had to focus on one or two individuals,
then the chances are that we would not be able to provide the experience, joy and celebration
that ThetaHealing® can be, to every single attendee of the seminars in Russia.
