Bank Transfer Payment
If you want to pay the (Seminar Fee / Class) Fee by bank transfer you need to have completed your payment by no later than the 2nd of September 2014.
Payments into the bank account for THInK take up to 10 working days or a little more to clear.
Payments by Cash on the day
Due to Russian law, it would be illegal to accept cash payments on the day of registration.
Please make use of the PayPal payments options or contact us to discuss how you could make a non-cash payment before the start of the seminars.

What do you pay for?

With any major conference or seminar there are a number of costs and payments that are made. We can hopefully explain to you below, what payments are required etc.

  • Seminar Deposit fee
  • Seminar Class fee (also known as a balance payment)
  • Hotel Accomodation
  • Meals & Food
  • Excursions
  • Additional books, gifts and other materials


Seminar Deposit Fee

This is the fee you pay to the organising team to cover expenses such as:

  • Hiring the seminar venue
  • Hiring Audio Visual equipment and staff to operate this
  • Snacks (Coffee, Tea etc.) during the event
  • Administrative costs for printing, copying, stationery etc.
  • and a number of other related costs to ensure a successful event

The Seminar Deposit Fee is Non-Refundable

  • ThetaHealing Day - 3'500.00 Rubles
  • Basic DNA Instructors - 18'600.00 Rubles
  • Advanced DNA Instructors - 14'600.00 Rubles
  • Game of Life Instructors - 16'500.00 Rubles


Seminar Class Fee

This is a balance payment that is paid to THInK® in the USA. It covers the expenses of bringing Vianna and her team out to Russia, and also other operational costs related to the event.

  • ThetaHealing Day - no class fee
  • Basic DNA Instructors - €875.00 (paid to THInK)
  • Advanced DNA Instructors - €675.00 (paid to THInK)
  • Game of Life Instructors - €650.00 (paid to THInK)

This payment MUST be completed no later than 10 working days before the event starts. Payments after the 5th of September 2014 will not be accepted.

Hotel Accomodation

This is a cost you will pay for where you will be staying. We have selected a good hotel for the event, and if you want to stay in a higher-end hotel, then you will need to pay extra for that. Saint Petersburg city centre can cost considerably more for hotel accommodation.

Meals & Food

Keeping yourself well fed is important during your visit. There are many restaurants in the city, and you can explore to your hearts content at the end of each day. During the event, there is a possibility that we could supply food. We will provide more information at a later date, and at present your deposit fee does not include any meals or food.

Excursions

Saint Petersburg is a lovely city for historical and other excursions. We have not included any excursions into the costs, so you will need to pay for these. If there is enough interest we can arrange group excursions and try to get better prices. So let us know if you want to see something special, maybe others would want to as well!

Additional books, gifts and other materials

We are sure that there will be books, dvd's, cd's and other things available for purchase. So be warned in advance, don't pack your bags too heavy before you arrive, you might need that little bit of extra space for something to take home with you.
