| Where are all the seminars being run?The entire event will be held in a hotel in Saint Petersburg in Russia. The location is not made public, unless someone has paid for the specific seminar or the ThetaHealing evening. |
| Why do you not publicise the hotel location?We have found that in Russia, by making the hotel location available to everyone, it encourages too many people to attempt to arrive on the day of an event, to pay at the door. People also use this information to attempt to get a personal consultation with Vianna. |
| How does this help participants?We want to maximize the time that you get to see, interact and listen to Vianna. The more people who arrive at the beginning of registration, who want to pay when they arrive, the slower registration is completed. The faster we complete registration of all participants, the more time you have with Vianna. |
| When do I find out the location?Once you have paid your deposit fee (or purchased a ticket for the ThetaHealing Evening, we will confirm the location details for you in an email. |
| Can we share the event location with others?You can tell others it is in central Saint Petersburg in Russia, however we ask that you respect everyone who has made the commitment to attend the events by paying in advance. By respecting others, you will decide not to share the location publically. |

| Is there accommodation at the event hotel?There is accommodation yes. We have made arrangements to get a small discount on accommodation costs for you, with the event hotel. |
| How do I book a hotel room?Once we receive your payment, we will send you a form which you can use to reserve your room at the event hotel. |
| Is there another way?We realise that some might not want to complete the form and fax it to the hotel. You can look at BOOKING.COM which is a great internet site to book your room through. |
| Can you make the booking for me?We are not an authorised travel agency, so we can not get involved in bookings at the hotel. They do have staff at the event hotel that speak different languages, including English. |
| There are mixed reviews about the event hotel?The event hotel has two sections. An older section and a newer section. If you book using the form we provided, you will most likely be given a room in the older section. Contact the hotel directly to make sure of the section they will assign your booking to. |
| Can I share a room?This is a possibility and is something many of our Russian attendees are doing. The hotel has twin rooms (2 single beds) and rooms with 3 beds in them. If you want to share, get in touch with Craig and you can be added to a special FaceBook group which has been created specially for those who are attending these seminars. |
| Are there restaurants and food places nearby?The event hotel has a restaurant and coffee bar at the reception. There are also many other options within walking distance from the event hotel. We are sure the hotel staff can suggest some options for you when you arrive. |
| Are the other hotels nearby?Saint Petersburg has many hotels and other options. If you use BOOKING.COM you can find many other options for reasonable prices. |

| What are the requirements to attend the seminars?ThetaHealing evening - NO REQUIREMENTS - Ticket to be purchased for entry.Basic Instructors - require you to have completed Basic & Advanced Practitioners.Advanced Instructors - require you to have completed Basic Instructors. |
| Can I register for Advanced Instructors Only?As long as you have completed Basic Instructors - yes. |
| Can I attend Instructors seminars without having finished the practitioner seminars?No - you need to complete the practical seminars of Basic & Advanced Practitioners before you can attend these Instructors seminars. By reading the books you get good information about ThetaHealing, however you don't get the practical experience. By attending the practitioners seminars, you get practical experience under the guidance of a certified instructor in ThetaHealing. |
| I am finishing my practitioner seminar before I come, is that ok?Yes. When you pay your deposit - please send us an email to let us know when you are doing your Basic & Advanced Practitioners seminars, who your instructor is and make sure that this happens before the Instructors seminars. If you arrive and you have for some reason not completed your practitioner seminars, we will not allow you to complete the Instructors seminars. |
| Do I have to be present all the time?(Yes). The seminars are very practical, with many demonstrations and exercises. If you are absent for more than half a day, you might not get your Instructors certificate. (This is a requirement set out specifically by THInK). |
| What if I am always late?Again - you lose out on so much valuable information when you arrive late. Make sure you arrive in Saint Petersburg the day before the seminars start, so that you can get to the registration on time. |
| Can I leave early on the last day?We suggest that you really consider this carefully. If you schedule a flight on the last day, it should ideally leave after 9pm in the evening. It will take you an hour to get to the airport, and you need at least two hours from check-in to boarding the aircraft. If you leave the seminars before 5pm then you might miss an opportunity to be part of the photos and the group photo at the end. (And you could miss an opportunity to get a photo with Vianna before you leave. |

| Will I be able to get private time with Vianna?Anyone who has been to any type of Instructors seminar, will tell you that there is opportunity when Vianna walks around, to speak to her. We do not schedule any private consultations during seminars, as we don't have enough time for everyone to receive a consultation. If we did arrange a private consultation for you, that would not be fair to all the other people attending the seminars. |
| Do you provide lunch or coffee or water during the event?Coffee Breaks - Yes.Lunch - No.Water - Yes.Last year we provided a buffet lunch as there were no restaurants close enough to the event location, for everyone to have lunch within the 1 hour on the schedule each day. This year, there are enough local places to eat within a few minutes walking distance to the event location, so we will not be providing lunch. |
| Are there any positions for teaching assistants available?We have already submitted the list for approval, for teaching assistants. If you have applied, and have not been contacted by now, then we are afraid you have not been approved as a Teachers Assistant this time round. |
| Can we take photos at the event?Yes. You are more than welcome to do so. We encourage you to share them on social media etc. |
| Can I record the seminars with my phone / camera / dictaphone?No. We do not allow anyone to make recordings of the seminars.Each year, people attend the seminars, and Vianna will select a person in the seminar to do a live demonstration of the techniques with. This demonstration is private, personal and sometimes very sensitive to the person who allows Vianna to work with them. For this simple reason, no video or audio recordings at any time during the seminars is allowed. |
| Can I attend the seminar and listen, without paying?No. That would not be fair on those who have made financial commitments to attend the seminars. Scholarships for the seminars should have been applied for a long time ago. We don't allow anyone to come and listen without taking part. |
| Can I turn up to the event and expect to gain entry, or pay cash on the door?We do not take cash payments at the events. It is really best to pay your deposit and seminar fees well in advance. We do allow all ThetaHealing Country Representatives to join us without letting us know, or those who have hosted Vianna in other places around the world. |
| If I find out where the event is being held, is there space for me to sit inside?If you find out where the event is being held, we expect you will probably attempt to join your friends in the seminar. Each person will have seminar or event identification, and you will be stopped at the doors by the security team. If you do manage to gain entry without having paid, or by using some sort of trick to get in, you are dishonouring those who are already inside and have made the financial commitments to pay. In this case, security will ask you to leave. |
| When will I be issued my ticket / seminar ID?We will send out the tickets or information about your seminar ID during September 2015. Your seminar or event ID will only be issued at registration. |

| Can I promote my own courses during the seminars?Unfortunately No. THInK, Vianna and also the hosts for the seminars feel that by promoting your own courses during the seminar, you create an environment of competition. We want to create a peaceful environment without jealousy, resentment or any negative feelings towards other ThetaHealers at the event. If you think about it, by promoting your own courses you are using all the hard work the hosts and THInK have put in to create the events and seminars, for your own financial gain. That is not a fair energy exchange. |
| Can I advertise my own business during the seminars?No. There is no opportunity for you to promote your own business at the seminars. You can network with other people, by bringing your business card and posting it onto the business card wall, where other people who resonate with you can take down your details. |
| Can I run my own classes during the seminars?At the event location - No. Anyone who books space at the event location, and runs classes in the evening after Vianna's seminars, is in direct competition with the main seminar. You would also be using the hard work to get together so many ThetaHealers for Vianna's seminars, for your own financial gain. That is seen as un-ethical practise.If you decide to run your own classes elsewhere, and you promote your classes using your normal methods of promotion, then that is ok. If we find out that you have promoted your classes at the event location, you will be asked to step out from the event and we will discuss the matter privately with you. Please understand, as the event organisers for Vianna, we do not allow un-ethical behaviour to take place during the seminars, and we will deal accordingly with anyone who does not follow these guidelines. |
| What happens if I behave un-ethically, and promote my classes or business during the seminars?You will leave us with no option. And we will have to deal with the matter in private, and accordingly. We will also raise a formal complaint to THInK. Further actions could also happen, such as removal and exclusion from the seminars, or even suspension of your THInK license to teach. |

| I heard Vianna will be staying at the event hotel?Vianna has a busy schedule, and we need to give her as much private time and rest as possible. We will not confirm where she will be staying during her visit, and if you found out where she was staying last year, the location has changed this year. |
| Is it safe to come to Russia?Vianna was here last year, and she returns this year! So if you have a fear for Russia, get digging and do some belief work!. |
| I am a Host for Vianna, or a ThetaHealing Country Representative - do I pay?We will extend the same courtesy as last year to all official hosts for Vianna, and all country representatives. We will not ask them to pay deposit fees. Obviously, hosts and country representatives are senior ThetaHealers, so it is highly likely that they will not require certification, and would not be charged a Seminar Fee. |
